The Harris County Public Health clinics offer free or low-cost clinical and preventive services for county residents. Two Harris Health centers accept patients without an appointment

Both centers accept walk-ins, subject to availability, Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. The urgent care line is 713-218-2697. Eligibility may depend on having Harris Health’s financial assistance program, accepted insurance, or the ability to cover the required deposit.
