The official lowest-priced option at both airports is ecopark. At IAH, uncovered spaces cost $10 for up to 24 hours and covered spaces $12. Hobby offers uncovered ecopark for $10.
Parking garages located next to the terminals have a maximum of $25 per 24 hours at both Bush and Hobby. The valet service costs $30 per 24 hours at both airports.

As of June 1, 2026, ecopark2 operates solely by reservation. Drivers can no longer enter the lot without reserving a space.
The facility also features shuttle to the terminals and spaces for larger vehicles.
IAH garages charge up to $25 per 24 hours
The A/B and C/D/E garages at Bush Airport have a daily maximum of $25.
This option puts the vehicle closer to the terminals and avoids reliance on a shuttle from the economy parking lots.
The rate begins at $1 for a stay of up to 10 minutes and increases with time parked until it reaches the daily maximum.
When garages reach 85% capacity, Houston Airports may restrict entry to people who already have a reservation.

The service is available near the terminal entrances and uses covered spaces.

The ecopark lot costs $10 for up to 24 hours and offers free shuttle between the parking and the terminal.
The shuttle operates daily from 5:30 a.m. to midnight.

Parking in the Hobby Airport garages has a maximum of $25 per 24 hours.
Similar to Bush, the garage option allows parking near the terminal and may be more convenient for short trips or when arrival time at the airport is tight.
When garage parking reaches 85% capacity, the airport may limit entry to users with a prior reservation.
Hobby valet costs $30 per 24 hours
Hobby offers valet for $30 per up to 24 hours.
The drop-off/pick-up is on the second level of the Red Garage, accessible from the departures ramp.
This is the official parking option with the highest daily rate at the airport.

IAH and Hobby parking operates cashless
The official Houston Airports parking facilities accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover debit and credit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Cash is not accepted directly as a form of payment at the parking facilities.
In cashless entry systems, the driver can use a card at entry and reuse the same card at exit to complete the charge.
Some veterans qualify for free parking
Houston Airports offers free parking to veterans who meet specific requirements and use a vehicle with a Texas eligible veteran license plate.
The benefit allows up to 60 consecutive days at IAH ecopark on JFK Boulevard or Hobby ecopark, or up to five consecutive days in a garage.
The veteran must be present at checkout, show valid identification, and present the original current vehicle registration in the veteran’s name.
The benefit does not apply to valet, IAH ecopark2, or when parking was used via an online reservation.
