The Tax Filing Deadline Is Approaching

April 15 is the last day to file your taxes. According to reports, as of March 27, the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) had received more than 88.4 million tax returns for the current filing season.

The agency had issued approximately $221.7 billion in refunds, with an average refund of $3,521.

The responsibility of all workers who receive pay is to file taxes on what they earn. The IRS provides various tools with information and recommends consulting professionals. If you are not ready to file your return, you can request an extension.

The website is www.irs.gov.
