Fans of Ninel Conde will now be able to get to know her more closely through a series that will show her most intimate side. “Ninel Conde Sin filtro” is a ViX docuseries where the artist allows cameras into her day-to-day life.
“Sometimes I would say: ‘This I can’t reveal. Why am I saying this on camera?’ But then I would tell myself: ‘Why not?’ This is part of my life, of my essence, of spontaneity, part of my day-to-day, and it turned out incredibly interesting because it’s about how I laugh, cry or am moved. People will wonder if I had to live through that and will say why I hadn’t said it or why I stayed quiet,” she added.
The actress and singer has had an extensive career in the entertainment industry and has always been a beauty reference. Even with that, she has not escaped public scrutiny and controversy and she assures that, beyond being brave, she aims to be an example of resilience.
“More than courage, you have to have a goal and a significant reason; the act of opening up the way I do here, I know it’s a risk you take at the ego level or at the level of what people will say. But I believe that when you cross that line, what you want is to show a life testimony to many women who have gone through similar things and you want to provide hope and inspire. You want tears, joys and laughter to have a purpose, because in this life we all have a purpose and we come to this earth to do something,” she shared.
“Ninel Conde Sin Filtro,” which is already available on ViX, consists of four episodes in which the Mexican woman is seen in various aspects of her personal life, as an artist and as a businesswoman.
“That part of inspiring that woman or man who arrives in this country with the American dream, who doesn’t know what to do or is afraid of good debt, and well, we come from a culture where we’re always told ‘don’t get into debt.’ In this country you have to take advantage of financial plans and opportunities; if you educate yourself with the right people, you can multiply wealth. It’s something I learned over the years and from turning mistakes I had investing in things where I lost money, but I got back on track; it’s about learning.”
Besides successes, Ninel has found herself involved in scandals where personal situations have come to light; now she says that those who watch this series will be surprised by how she addresses these topics.
“Now I can open that Pandora’s box of wounds from the past that have already healed and that, from a more mature perspective, I can tell. Because at the moment when the wound is open you cannot tell it.”
She also seeks to help save lives, through her experiences.
“If that is possible and it happens with a life that we help save with this project, I will consider it a success and its purpose will have been fulfilled,” she concluded.
